The goal of this meetup is to learn about recent progress as well as fundamental concepts in deep learning through reading and discussing papers as a group. Each week, an attendee presents a paper of their choice to the group. Some sort of visual aid, such as a slide deck, is highly encouraged. The scope of the concepts and background covered for the paper is up to the presenter. Discussion is free and informal with the aim of learning and understanding something new.
